Working with Acrylic Sheets:

We Should
Retain the laminating material as long as possible.
Use a sharp chainsaw to cut acrylic sheets.
Use water or oil to cool the sheets after cutting, especially those sheets with 1/8 or 3/16 thickness, the sheets should also be soaked in water before cleaning.

We Should NOT
Use toothed chainsaws because they will cause slopes during the cutting process, and thus will change the final shape of the sheet.
